cant install printer

Hi there i downloded hp printer driver and couldnot install printer as missing window file which am not sure what it is i might have uninstall a programe that took prn file or/prn file but every time the computer start i see yellow signal in sysdtem tools

device manager i tried to restore computer but restore was ticked i dont know how but here it is .

can you help please
