Windows update keeps failing to install 3 Windows Updates

keeps failing to install 3 :KB2705219 Update for Windows 7 for x64-based systemsKB2769369 Update for Windows 7 for x64-based systemsKB2647753 Update for Windows 7 for x64-based systemsAfter trying to them, Windows request a restart, after which it says that all 3 updates failed to install and lists them again as available recommended updates. I downloaded the files separately from Microsoft.com and tried to install them individually. Each

manual installation failed. The "Fix It" tool is useless as well. What other options do I have? Some of my programs will not run. Specifically, Quicken 2012.
