After the stated above update was installed, my computer wanted a to restart to finish configuration. When it rebooted, I continually got a message screen with a sad text talk face and a message saying that there was a problem and that a restart was required. There

was an error message code 0xc000021a. The only way I've been able to fix this is to use restore points on my computer, and troubleshooting the updates until I found out that this update was the cause of the problem. If anyone has any answers as to why this

is happening, it would much appreciated. My laptop is a Toshiba Tecra R950, Intel Core i5-3320M with 4.00 GB RAM, Video AMD Radeon HD 7570M run Windows 8 pro.
