How Do I re-install Windows PowerShell for Windows 7

I was following some instructions from a Microsoft help page on changing some settings for a Microsoft exchange email system.  I needed to use Windows powershell and was following the instructions as I have never used it before and the first thing it sayd

to do is uninstall then re-install with latest version.  I missed the bit that says you do not need to do it with a Windows 7 machine so I did the uninstall and then when I went to reinstall I found there is no option for a windows 7 machine as it is already

pre loaded.  So how do I now put the PowerShell back on my machine?
