I bought this computer brand new 3 days ago . Windows 8 was installed and I am getting the system service exception error while looking at files on my flash drive . Why is this happening when I did not make any changes ? And while I am here , will the flash

player issues ever be resolved ? I got rid of last laptop because I was having troubles with flash player that I could not resolve, now I am having similar problems on a brand new system . Very frustrating .

Please someone give me a reason to believe I did not make a bad purchase .
