Why does microsoft tell you to run windowsupdate.diagcab when it can not be run? Why are there a ton of questions but this gets ignored and other troubleshooting is suggested. Can anybody just answer why they give us a program nobody can run? google it,

as there are a ton of us wondering why ms is being so stupid!
