Help needed with installing operating system!!!

I have a VERY old laptop that im trying to wipe out and put a new operating system on it. Im using an ".iso" file on a dvd+rw disc. I am receiving an error that says this: 

"C:windowssystem32presetup.cmd file not found

C:windowssystem32setuporg.exe file not foundcause:Presetup.cmd not in i386 uxpcdsetuporg.exe no in i386 uxpcdcheck txtsetup.sif in i386 folder"

 

 

NEED HELPPPPPPPPPPP
