I'm in a process of upgrading from WinXP 32-bit to Win7 64-bit. It was suggested that I take advantage of the Windows Easy Transfer to facilitate the transistion of the various files and folders. However, even after several attempts, when I downloaded

the Window Easy Transfer, it hangs up at 99% complete whether I save it or run it. Is there an issue with the program?
