My daughter has a Toshiba satellite C855d amd E-300 processor and it keeps saying *computer ran into problem needs to restart" Check for solution online "System Service Exception" . I am completely baffled as to why this is happening computer is only 2

months old , I know it is not the top of the line machine but should be fine for school work. Thanks for any advice.
