MAIL receiveing live mail but not sending

 I am temporarily on dial up and windows live mail receives my mail OK but does not send;   id 0x800ccod,protocol smtp,port 25,socket error 11004, "cannot  loocate server"

Windows 7 and all was fine when i was on my dsl

 

One thing i do notice is the "log on using clear tet authentication"

Thank You for advice you may send me

I think i have kept live mail updated
