updates KB2656351 and KB2600217 keep reinstalling everytime I turn off my laptop!

Windows update installs the same 2 updates (KB2656351 and KB2600217) everytime i turn off my laptop which is extreemly frustrateing as it takes over 30mins to turn off as well as filling my update history wth the same two updates. ive had this problem a

long time and have tried the following with no sucess:

 

- all possible updates for my laptop

- virus scans

- deleteing unwated software

- taking it back to the shop (who didnt have a clue what to do)

- reinstalled windows however after a couple of weeks the problem reappeared.

- disableing windows update (did not stop the updates)

- manualy un-checking the two persistant updates (which doesnt stop them from being downloaded and installed)

 

It seems people have similar problems with other updates but no solution; does anyone have any idea how to solve this?
