Cannot Download and Install Windows Security Essentials from Microsoft website.

When I try to download nd install security essentials, it downloads ok.  When I hit the run button to the install program, it starts to extract the files, but then stops, says file is corrupt, and aborts the installation.

 

Same thing happens if I just try to run it straight from the wesite, without downloading the file first.

 

Would like to try this malware, but will have to go to something else if I cannot download and install it.
