Security essential windos 7 64 bit file is corrupt[x64 MSE English Corrupt Download (2/22/13)]

i'm not able to install MSE ,i did the recovery on my laptop and 1st thing i did was try installing security essential but it says file is corrupt.i've used google chrome and internet explorer both but same problem persist

as per the forum discussion on the same issue it was said that this problem has been solved on 02/22/13 but still facing the same issue with 64 bit windows 7 , i just want to know how soon  this problem will be solved?
