I am currently running 'Windows 7 64 Bit'. Normally, my updates through 'Windows Update' work flawlessly; however, this time I encountered some odd problems. The problem occured when attempting to install 'Intel Corporation - Graphics Adapter WDDM1.1, Graphics

Adapter WDDM1.2 - Intel® HD Graphics 4000', which was recently recommended to me as an update. When attempting to install the update, my computer refuses to output any video signal. I have already checked if it switched the outputs; however, that was not

the problem as neither my graphics card nor the integrated graphics supplied anything. The computer itself is still on, but I have found no evidence that it is still in the OS. Is there a possibility that it is a bad driver, or am I just experiencing bad luck?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
