reformatting old xp

I reformatted my xp computer. The original cd is before service pack 1. When I try to upgrade i can't access the update page because i have ie 6. when i try to upgrade the browser i can't because it needs service pack 2. I have no trouble connecting on

my home network to my windows 7 computer and can transfer files that way. Is there a way to download service packs 1,2,3 and then transfer them over? I found what looks to be service pack 1 but do not see service pack 2
