  My MSE was  working until about 2 months ago when a microsoft or HP tech took over my mouse to fix something. He may have set a restore point???  Now every day when I turn my computer on my little flag is red and it says my computer is unprotected...

 

 

NOW THIS SCREEN DOESN'T SEEM TO BE SENDING THIS QUESTION -- NOTHING IS HAPPENING.

 

 

WHY IS IT SO COMPLICATED TO EVEN ASK A QUESTION?
