Outlook 2013; Windows 7 Ultimate, Both Fresh Install. i7 16GB ram 500GB free

I have several email accounts,

1. Corporate Exchange

2. POP3/SMTP ISP based Service

3. IMAP/SMTP from Web project

4. IMAP/SMTP from another Web project (different provider to #3)

Exchange, flawless no issues. #2 works great as well.

#3 and #4 are syncing correctly, (sync logs verify) but the sync takes 30-60 seconds for any action.

Before someone suggests pop3, the ISP I am under only supports POP3 through its own servers. IMAP has to work.

Other devices and OS's do not have this issue. I can have an ipad and iphone, android device setup without sync lag and will recieve mail at the same time the webmail client sees it. Other Mail clients do not have this issue.

My Outlook client is set to send/recieve mail for all accounts every 2 minutes. Which means after the lag and the queue up its 15 minutes later. Even then, I have seen mail get lost and re-appear later (30 minutes).

The mailboxes in question have 200 max messages in them, one has 2 folders with 10 messages that never change (notes archives). They are not a complex mailboxes, outlook should not be gagging on them.

IMAP worked better in previous versions of Outlook, but going back is not in the cards.
