ERROR while installing update- (WindowsUpdate_80070002)

I tried to log onto my user name and it is saying that she system service is not available. I have then logged onto another username and tried to install a hardware/software update which is recommended for the other user(which is not working)

 

Once i click install i then get a error message - (WindowsUpdate_80070002)

 

I have tried to follow the online steps to resolve this issue but it wont work!

 

Please help!!
