Cannot Install KB2804527 -- Where is the download for MSE 4.2.223.1?

Windows 7 Ultimate x64 with all important patches except KB2804527 (4.2.223.1).

 

Tried to install from Windows update.  The process starts.  MSE is shutdown and then nothing happens.  Gave up after thirty minutes.  The update is only 7.8MB and thirty minutes is enough to install Windows 7 much less an update to MSE.

 

Decided to download it and try a local install.  Clicked on the More information link which usually takes you to a page where you can download the update.  Wound up at:

http://windows.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/security-essentials-download which has a download but it is for 4.2.223.0 which is already installed on my system.

 

How do I download 4.2.223.1 so I can install it locally?  I have another half a dozen machines that should also be updated so a downloaded package would probably be more efficient anyway than downloading it on each machine.
