cannot uninstall a program?

when in control panel/ programs , features,  i want to uninstall strongvault backup protection,  administrator ,pops up asking to let it run? i hit no and nothing happens .  i hit yes and a small window pops up and it says cannot find path for   shell

folder 24?  help!
