Can I do a reset and still get my MS upgrades back?

I need to do a factory reset on my laptop, but I upgraded to vista business with MS office. I can do the restore, but how do I get the upgrades back, and will it cost me more money?

HP Pavilion dv2000

MS Vista Entertainment {original}

MS Vista Business {UpGrade}

MS Office 2002 {Unlocked}
