What is the recommended bandwidth in order to make use of Office365 efficiently?

Hi Guys,

To make proper smooth use of the new OFFICE 365 what is the honest recommended Broad Band speed?

Dont want to know about minimum.

I am trialing this at a client at the moment who is on 8mbps with 4 people using Office 365. Performance is sometimes sluggish and varies, particularly when loading the Office webapps.
