I've been running Norton security for a few years. Decided to install Microsoft Essentials since there's no charge and it is a Microsoft product.

 

Apparently I also had Defender on as well, all this time, along with the other 'essentials' except the Firewall.

 

 

The Install went fine, no errors. Every security essential is in the "green mode".
