windows 8 Can't access/delete Libraries folder

I deleted user profile with files, but:

C:usersusernameappdataroamingmicrosoftwindowsLibraries folder is still there.

I can't access it, I can't take ownership of it. I can't delete it.

How could I delete it.

Thanks for help in advance!
