I'm not sure if it was an update, but I've ran a virus scan and there's nothing coming up on that.  Yesterday my computer started crashing frequently.  I get the blue screen that says it needs to restart unexpectedly-I've sent in the crash reports but

this morning in less than 2 hours it's happened 5 times.  Any ideas?
