windows xp Sending pictures from Nikon Picture Project

When using Nikon Picture Project, I normally block the photos, click 'mail' and an Outlook Express message loads with the photos attached, which I can either send or save, say in a draft folder.

However, suddenly I'm getting Outlook Express message with 'Untitled Message (Plain Text) on the header bar, and a grey bar saying 'this message has not been sent' ... but nowhere can I send, and if I enter file, the option to save into a folder isn't

available.

 

Can someone advise please ... why does technology do this?!**?
