Windows 8 not working properly after wake up

my laptop is an acer aspire v3-571. i have a qualcomm atheros ar5bwb222 network adapter. but when i put my laptop to sleep and wake it up again my network is not working. also control panel is not responding and the task manager is also not working

after wake-up. please help on this because everytime this happens i have to restart my laptop
