can;t install microsoft security essentials. error code 8070656.

I had it installed and working and was going to install the new prerelease version which said I had to uninstall my curent version fist. So I did and I could't install the prerelease so I tried to install the current download version and I get the error

code 80070656. I can;t install microsoft security essentials. I receive error code 8070656. I am not running any other anti virus or malware spyware software. I have windows XP and 32 bit. Please someone can you help me with simple terms for a fix. Thanks
