KB2750841 From last yr still fails to install. No WUAUSERV file.

Will send bitcoin or paypal cash :)  Any thing helps!The above windows update (KB2750841) is not installing.  It is from about December, I believe.  I manually installed it per links here.  However, I am concerned it is not fixed.  I was going to use WUAUSERV to /unregister then /register.  But, I have no WUAUSERV

file, it is gone.  Under "services" UPDATE/INSTALL looks good though I am not 100% sure what it all needs to be.  I ran sfc /scannow received a large amount of issues.  It generated a large log.
