i have a window genuine copy two in fact but my computer has refused the copy i have activated a lon

i have brought two copys of windows xp and had theses copy for while now i log online and for some reson my computer or microsoft has said the copyes are not genuine but i payed the full price for these copy. computer not worth the money you have to spend

on them
