Error 0x80070571 the disk structure is corrupted and unreadable

Whenever I am trying to delete/create anything in D Drive or any folder in D drive, I am getting this error message. It is either a folder or even a file. It also says - An unexpected error is keeping you from deleting (creating) the folder. If you continue

to receive this error, you can use the error code to search for help with this problem.

 

I am using a Dell Latitude M/c (hardly three months old) and Windows 7 professional.

 

Surprisingly, this problem comes and goes away on it's own, approx after 5 hours.

 

I shall be very obliged to get a solution for this.
