I have Windows 7 Home Premium 64 bit OS.   It is supposed to come with a sniping screen capture tool.   Unfortunately, it is not in my system.  It is in my wife's computer which also has Windows 7 Home Premium.Is the application available from Microsoft  to download & install.   Or, would it be on the Windows 7 Installation Disks that I have?Any & all information welcomed!Aaron in N. Hollywood
