Can't uninstall ARO2012.

I keep getting a pop up asking if I want to buy upgrade with a link to erase. When I hit erase link, I get message that the uninstall file does not exist. The program is listed in my install/uninstall list but I keep getting same message that the uninstall

file does not exist. I assume this is intentional but how do I get this off my system?
