windows 7, in the"ALL PROGRAMS" area; HOW TO COMBINE????

I have about 65 downloaded games that I play a lot. I have them in a folder on my desktop.  this is fine, works perfectly HOWEVER, they are listed individually under my ALL PROGRAMS from the start menu.  How can I get them into one folder in that area? 

They take up too much room and make the ALL PROGRAMS so long it's hard to find a program that I am looking for.   I have to scroll through all those game names!!!!

Understand? Can anyone tell me how to manipulate the ALL PROGRAMS area???
