Hi, I'm new to this forum and I am clueless [so please bare with me]. I am running Widows 8. I upgraded my memory from 4GB to 8GB and after I installed the modules [sticks], I get the blue screen and the message "Your PC ran into a problem and needs

to restart". I took them out and reinstalled the old ones and it was normal again. Help please! I would greatly appreciate it. Thanks in advance.
