hi. i am having troubles in updating windows 8 since the first day that I have upgraded to it.

here's another problem of me:

whenever I use a mobile broadband connection to update, it always gets me to an error

one of the errors that I always encounter is WindowsUpdate_8020002E

even updating the apps in windows store via my mobile broadband gives me errors.

I have even posted some problems here in the community but none of them were solved.

I'm getting tired of the tech supports because all they give are solutions that are really cannot be called solutions

I need my laptop to be updated because since december I can't update it and I don't have access to wifi connections

I have done all things that people here tells me (and others on other threads) to do but still no luck

- i ran the windows update troubleshoot tool

- deleted the softwaredistribution (and the download folder) inside it

- modern app troubleshooter

- disabling antivirus

- firewall

- but hey? can i update if I was in safe mode? (I just thought coz I haven't tried that one

my only hope was manual updating, but the downside for that solution is that, some security updates cant be downloaded in the microsoft website right?

any help will be appreciated :) thanks
