Original Title: Windows Media Player.

 

I recently bought a used laptop,BenQ joybook S,that has wmp12 installed.I cant rip any music,but can play music via it.There are many icons left in the library that the previous owner left on(note there is no music file,just various band icons) I cant remove aswell.Is it possible to delete wmp and then install a fresh version?There is also a version of VLC media player also installed.Would I need to remove this as I do not want to use it.Would there be a conflict with this being on there aswell?The laptop has windows 7 ultimate installed as its operating software.Can anyone advise and help me out please as I am used to wmp on my old systems and would like to use it on this laptop.Thanks
