Windows 8 has been nothing but trouble since I got my computer for Christmas. It tells me I need to install the "windows update" but won't even let me change the settings for updates. I tried to turn automatic updating on, and the control panel wouldn't

even load it. It just froze. How do I fix this? I just want all of my apps to work properly. Ugh.
