Hi,

 

I've got Windows Vista on my PC, I recently downloaded and installed updates. After when they install my PC ask me to restarts, when I do that's all I get up to Step 2 of 3. My PC restarts is self, the BIOS boots but Windows doesn't that's all I see is

is red lines in the top left corner of my screen. What's wrong with my PC can you help me please.
