Windows 8 won't shutdown

Hello, I've got Windows 8 installed on GPT with UEFI motherboard. Previously Win8 could shutdown normally. If I shutdown the computer screen turned off and when I move mouse I've got logon screen. If I shutdown computer from command prompt it shutdown normally.

Command:

C:WindowsSystem32shutdown.exe /s /t 0
