I keep having problem "failure configuring windows updates reverting changes do not turn off computer"  I thought the problem was comcast constant guard.  Spend a day and a half getting that off my laptop.  Uninstalled norton.  Everything seemed to be

unfrozen so I gave the windows update a try.  There is only 1 critical.  The update was successful the problem in at the restart configuration stage.  Frozen at 57% then failure and reverts back.  What should I do?  This continually keeps trying to update. 

Should I block it somehow?  I am reinstalling virus software Kaspersky now.  I am now frozen at the revert windows updates.
