Guest David D Posted October 3, 2007 Posted October 3, 2007 I am having a problem with my midi keyboard. I bought a cheap audio card with Midi (Vibra128) and I can't seem to get it to connect. Is there a program or testing software that will tell me if the input on the new audio card is working? Thanks

Guest David D Posted October 5, 2007 Posted October 5, 2007 Re: How do I test a midi card? The challenge is that the software is dated 2000 and Creative must not have updated the Vibra128 much past that. Right now I need to be able to test is the INPUT from the midi card is working. Once I can find that out, I can find out if it is my cable or keyboard, barring that the midi card works. It really is a difficult thing to do with so many variables. I downloaded a Midi test file and it plays, so the drivers look like they are working, but that doesn't mean the physical card is receiving a signal...that is what I am trying to test.
