Windows 8 Mail - Want to add Exchange Account - Need a MS Account?

Exactly as the title says. I want to use this touch interface mail for our existing exchange accounts.

 

But then the mail app requires me to setup an MS Account...? We have hundreds of users - this is retarded.

Do Apple require me to setup Apple IDs for exchange access? What gave anyone the retarded idea that this would be ok?

 

Seriously what do I do? I have hundreds of users and will be moving a few to Windows 8 Tablets - Creating Microsoft Accounts isn't an option for an enterprise at all.
