Windows update is missing from services.msc

my system – Windows 7 x64.I noticed that when I ran services.msc, Windows Update does not appear in the list of services – it should be after Windows Time and before WinHTTP Web Proxy Auto-Discovery Service. where do I get it from now and how do I reinstall it?
