windows 8 Win 8 Pro BSOD

Lately I am getting more frequent BSOD randomly, cannot reproduce on demand. 2 in the last 2 days though.

System is dell xps X8500, windows 8 pro fresh install. I've linked the only file in Minidump folder if anyone is able to help.
