Help needed with audio sound

Hello, my sound stopped working from one day to the next & no clue why. When I go to my speaker icon info it says " No Audio " and the volume control is grayed out so can't adjust or click on anything there.   Would someone be interested in helping me with

this thru remote computer assisstance please ?  Thank you.
