Clicked "No" when it offered installation.

I uninstalled it when it did it, regardless.

Unintalled it and all accompaning upgrades.

Re=installed after PC shutdown.

Has negated all accessibilty options I require because I'm paralyzed.

How do i re-acquire adaptive Hompage?
