Microsoft licensing has confused me today so apologies if this is a really stupid question...

We are looking to upgrade a number of PCs from Windows 7 Home to Windows 7 Professional.

A colleague stumbled across this part code FQC-02156, listed as "Microsoft Windows Professional - Upgrade & software assurance - 1 PC - UTD, annual fee - MOLP: Open Value Subscription"  at £24.07

Would this licence fulfill our requirements?

Also, I understand this is an Open Value Subscription so the charge is £24.07 per year but could someone else explain any other catches/terms of this license? I don't quite understand how Microsoft can offer a Windows Professional license for £24.07 a

year when the retail value is ~£100.

Thanks,

Josh
