unable to install java update windows installer error problem

I am able to download however fails to intsall update I tried using the fix it utility and it's not working either.I have in the past been able to resolve issues with fix it .I even went to services.msc and manually started the Installer still not working

.I have windows Xp home edition sp3. Thanks any resolution to this problem will be appreciated.I am also unable to remove java from add/remove programs.
