My computer won't complete the installation of the windows 7 updates, and removes them each time

my Lenovo computer runs on window 7 (64x) and for some reason it keeps on saying the updates fail and then reverts back to before it attempted the updates? I have run the windows update diagnostic program but it still won't work

 

I have the Lenovo boot optimizer running, but I don't know if that might be causing any conflicts or not.
